Foodwise I can't resist good quality dark chocolate.
But lately I've been satisfying my sweet craving with just a teaspoon of both peanut butter and nutella together and it's so good. Like an instant soft peanut butter cup.

^ Never heard of it before. Love cinnamon raisen bread and bagels, but don't think I'd like it mixed with peanut butter.
Another guilty pleasure is freshly made coffee with some light cream, little sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top. Yum.

My guilty pleasure is ice cream, especially Haggen Dasz coffee flavor.

Pleasures, yes.
Just no guilt.

The guilt from my guilty pleasures is due to expense rather than the fat/ calories, etc. I have always loved lobster, cavier, crab, oysters, and that sort of food. I can only afford them once or twice a year, so not frequently enough to be concerned about the cholesterol impact :-).

I think I'm safe from a recent indulgence that screams guilty pleasure. I was raised with an abundance of grammas baking and I finally broke down the weekend before new years. I made a decent sized batch of loaded butter-tarts. Darn they were yummy, and took me back to my youth instantly. It's a good thing that making them is as big of a pain in the butt as it is.

How about not guilty un-pleasures?
On a sunny day a dip in the ocean when the water temp is still below 45F, is quite an invigorating experience.
A three day total food and beverage fast does reset our metabolism by giving it a break.

Definitely ice cream. I can eat a half carton in a sitting about 3 AM early Monday mornings. I can eat 2 scoops on top of this cobbler. Take a week to pump that crap out of my veins tho. In fact, i bet i could eat half that pan and 4 scoops. vanilla bean of course. Im such a glutton.
