I made these yesterday I halved the recipe and used 1 TSP of baking powder instead 1 1/2 teaspoon. One one had small ammount marmalade.
Next time I will not add salt to it, though.

These are to die for.Great with gumbo or tomato based soups. I add jalapeno and dont do the sugar ( pinch of stevia). You can add the onion and spices to a JIFFY cornbread mix instead if ya have to.

Potatoes Dauphinoise. They're scalloped potatoes in heavy cream, topped with Swiss cheese, butter, garlic, salt.

^ I love carrot cake... And ice cream, and chocolate (esp mint chocolate chip combo). That's why I rarely get them. I'll buy 2, maybe 3 pint ice creams over a year... But otherwise avoid those sugary guilty pleasures. If I didn't I'd probably be 300lbs. I have gotten a thing for broccoli-cheddar soup lately though. My favorite veggie in cheese, I can't resist.

I dont add cream, I whip the veggies with a fork.If you have pumpkin seeds or ground flax seeds to add, thats good to. Liquid aminoes, garlic and a bit of all season and cayenne. Oh speaking of ice cream,I tried the Halo Peach this weekend and it was YUMMY but had a slight after taste. The peanut butter is by far the best one I have tried out of about 4 of them.

Whip as in mix.
I just had a nice chicken burger with sprouts, carrot and swede. I like Ben and Jerry Cookie Dough Icecream. Not had it in a few years, though.

I like having small sweet/fun indulgences squirreled away. If I have a craving for one of them, I know I can have it. No need to panic and go into scarcity mode--- I have to consume the whole stash because I'll never see THAT treat again--- that it's all or nothing proposition.
Sometimes just a taste is all I need. Though *sometimes* more. LOL

Biscuits, mints, custard, jam, marmalade, meringues, whipping cream, popcorn, angel delights. Never know when you might want to go nuts in a lockdown haha
Forgot I have 5 big packs of raisins :P

I just ordered "fancy" boxed chocolate chip cookie mix to make for thanksgiving treats.( gifts) Ill add real butter, some vanilla extract, extra dark chocolate, pecans and do a batch with peanut butter too.Maybe a coconut version.
Spectra you would love hummingbird cake.Everyone begs for this one and I use this recipe from the Southern Living cookbook.
