That Aussie program called Neighbours was set in the fictional town of Erinsborough which was a rough attempt at an anagram of neighbours

Is or was Neighbors a tv show in the UK? A lot of shows here in the US are Americanized versions of shows from other countries. Ya'll know how I love The Walking Dead. Well some of the cast is from the UK.

Talking of walking dead ... when I was walking the dog past the cemetery the other night, lordy they're out playing outdoor pursuits the minute it vaguely warms up round here.

So... a lot of doggers were haunting a cemetery? Suppose there must be room for a few more stiffs...

Speaking of stiff, do you ever wonder how people get their hair to stand straight up? I wonder what kind of gel they use?

That reminds me... my youngest son hates any jam with pieces in it...think he'd prefer the jelly kind, but I don't buy it 'cuz it seems so far removed from the fruit it's supposedly made from...

If ye say "You tube" to someone in Glasgow, you are calling them an idiot... usually comes out as "Ya choob ye are"

The London underground subway system is called the Tube...I remember being very pregnant taking it into Fleet Street for work many many moons ago and no one would offer me their seat. Finally, as I was about to pass out from the movement of the train and my big baby belly swaying, I had to ask if I could sit down and only then did one of the grumpy ones offer me their seat.
I had been in the country less than a year and was so surprised by their rudeness.

London... the most unfriendly place on Earth. Even the recent smog didn't want to hang around too long. Only been there once, thankfully. That was only passing through on my way to Brighton clutching my pink pounds (was actually going to a recital of light classics led by Mr. Vincent Furnier)

Smog! I hate how it turns the skyline dark and makes breathing difficult.
