Made this just now. I only made 2 with 1 banana and adjusted other ingredients. Used 1cal cooking spray too.
It was yuuuummmy

Ive had them salty too. Our local fruit stand makes them and they are really good.I like the small ones where you can eat the soft little shells. Never get the canned ones..ick

Made a Pizza from scratch except base as had packs bought. Mozzarella, cheddar, pepperoni, jalapenos on my own tomato based sauce and it was scrummy. I usually do base from scratch which is half/half flour/greek yoghurt.

Massive plate and 220 calories lol

I don't eat nuts much nowadays as other month back I had some while drinking and took a new filling off that was a week old. Gt plenty popcorn. Got 6 tubs off peanut butter to use up :)
I have 2 more packs of Brussels for this week in the fridge and 5 bags frozen as backup for winter as less shopping now. Just low calorie. Next Monday small top up shop. But got so much stuff haha. Planned for this point so no waste plus I have higher calorie intake by far now as nearly at my goal and with starting arms again yesterday only 50 barbell reps a day this week(5 days) and abs ed,Thur,Fri, The extra food help build me some muscle. I'm not going to show abs I think as want fooood! lol

Delicious Christmas dinner prepared and cooked by my chef son. Rack of lamb with roast parsnips, brussel sprouts and tiny new potatoes plus salad. Taking a break and then having hot Dutch apple pie with natural vanilla ice cream for desert. Total feast day.
