My plans for today is rest. Read a book, walk the dog, chill out.
What was a defining moment in your 20s.

When I was just 24, a year after arriving in that country, I gave birth to my first-born (with great difficulty) and five days in, still in hospital, he'd fed in the middle of the night and again vomited all the milk up....I broke down and realized he would be my training for life. Then I silently called out to the universe for help.
The next morning I woke up in an altered state that took three months to flip back again.

Hmm, it's 3 in 1 ... The day I was told I couldn't have children, the day I found out they were wrong and the day I had my daughter.

I think that one's a gimme, but if I could only change one thing it'd be going to work that foggy morning that turned my life upside down.
What one thing about your life decisions, and the course it's taken as a result, would you change if you could go back and change it?

I'd have finished my degree before leaving the country....just had two semesters to go.

I think, I might have gone to college for the cooking program; rather than stay here.

Okay so here is my question: What would you like to get for Christmas this year?

gosh that is a tough question as I'm a tough person to shop for
I think the only time I was truly surprised is when my mom bought me a lava lamp. I had always wanted one but for once, hadn't said a thing about it.

I've thought about this because it's a good question, but I really don't have an easy answer. Gifts that come from the heart are the ones that are treasured.
What is on top of your Christmas tree?
