"The Ropers" was a rehash of a UK show called "George and Mildred" which was a spin off of "Man About The House" which is called "Three's Company" in America.

Mr Roper was without a doubt the most entertaining character on "Three's company" and his wife was a pretty entertaining saucy lass as well

Mayim Bialik (Blossom and the young Bette Midler in Beaches as well as Amy Farrah Fowler) actually IS a real life nerd. Sorry, that should be Dr. Mayim Bialik. She plays a neuro biologist in The Big Bang Theory and, in real life, has a PhD in neuroscience.

Hahaha. So was Indiana's dog. Indiana's "real" name is Henry Walton Jones, Jr.

Snow White started as a short, but budget over ran, so Disney and his backers took a punt

Disney had one thing any other employee of his was forbade from having... facial hair. Also, he was good at animation, but utterly shit at art and naming characters.... Mortimer Mouse being the prime example!
