Maybe I'm weird but, I often take pics of our food so; this thread is for pictures of your culinary creations... recipes optional :D "fusion" big salad: traditional ceasar topped first with chicken that was marinated/cooked in a greek salad dressing, and then a little bit of greek salad.

Northern Chinese Pork
Cubed pork/pork steak garlic ginger celery carrots white pepper or, hot sauce soya sauce corn starch chicken-in-a-mug sesame oil sake/cooking sherry optional
Trim fat and cut pork into bite sized pieces. Put into a glass/ceramic bowl. Add 4-6 cloves chopped garlic, about 1 inch worth of grated/minced ginger. 2-3 tbsp soya sauce, a few drops sesame oil, hot sauce or, pepper to taste, sake/cooking sherry. Let marinate for at least a half hour. Mean while wash and, trim 3-5 stalks celery. Cut stalks in half or thirds length wise and, then slice thinly. Peel and grate 3-4 carrots, dice onion. Heat oil in a frypan/wok add meat cook until done add veggies and cook until tender. In a large drinking glass mix 2tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp chicken-in-a-mug, a tbsp or so soya sauce and a few more drops sesame oil with 1 1/2 cups cold water... mix into meat and, veggies; cook until thickened. Serve over rice.

Kid combo, he had to try a bit of everything I made yesterday... and, then decided on the pasta salad for his school lunch today. He is not a big fan of raw onions and, bell peppers so I do his greek salad separate. :)

Meatloaf and, beets in a harvard sauce. It was an experiment a couple nights ago... tonight I am making butter chicken.
