Winter wonderland as long as I don't have to drive to work in it.
So am very grateful we had an excecptionally warm, dry and lovely Christmas this year because I had to work both xmas eve and day. Hoping it stays nice as I also have to work New Year's Eve and day this year.
Outside city big gathering with fireworks New Year's Eve, or inside private party?

Depends on the weather... I've done "First nights" locally in a small town near me with lots of great entertainment inside and out in the churches and schools with fireworks at midnight. And then I've been to private parties, but miss my tradition of going to my dearest friends' New Year's eve party in England.
Inside fire in a fireplace, or big bonfire outside?
