The basic recipe I often use is
1-3 ripe bananas
yogurt (vanilla)
frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
milk
To this I add some different (frozen) fruits and, berries... sometimes chocolate milk or, flavoured yogurts, ice cream...
What recipes do you have?

lots of frozen berries and, gingerale or, 7-up/sprite
The original recipe called for honey too but, I found it just froze into a lump real fast. It doesn't really need an additional sweetener in, my opinion.

I've created a new holiday smoothie... french vanilla yogurt, lemon spread/curd, frozen whole cranberries and, a big scoop honey swirl frozen yogurt; with a little splash of milk

a little vanilla yogurt
chocolate ice cream
frozen dark cherries
chocolate milk
a spoon full of chocolate cream cheese(optional)

Strawberry Julius
I have been making this drink for years after I broke down and bought my secret recipe book.
Here are the directions:
Ingredients
1 cup frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 cup water
2 egg whites
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 heaping cup crushed ice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for exactly 1 minute.
Makes 2 drinks
