It does not taste the same without eggs. I went and got the eggs, dough is prepped and will sit for 5 hours. Hot cinnamon rolls on a cold winter night sounds delish to me. You said you hate cinnamon. * puzzled expression* I hate the smell of cinnamon from things like cinnamon gum and cinnamon candles. Cinnamon buns don't smell bad like that

We had a high of 81F/27C here in south eastern NC today :) What a wonderfully warm day for January. Two years ago there was snow on the ground which is equally as unusual.

Woke up this morning to discover it's -32C /-26F, windchill is -40 C/F. Makes me envious of July, it's only -29C/-20F where she lives

Well four hours later it's warmed up some -29C / -20F, windchill is -38C / -36F. Good thing I'm on holidays because I work outside. Now I can't help but wonder if July froze her bum when she went out to start her car

Not gonna snivel about the mere -28C I woke to here. (the whining will begin next week though when daytime highs around my place may remain below -30C)

Flurries here after a nice weekend snowfall. Keeping everything fresh and bright and...white.
(Is this still acceptable, for snow to be best when 'white'? We also have black( face) snow, as it degrades and picks up particulates from environmental pollution.)
I admit I am quite conflicted, all the shades of white and grey and blue and black that Winter shows us here. Pink, too. what's a woman to do????
Temperature dropping overnight, down into the sub-zero depths of cold. Bundling up~
