Argh!!! I gotta learn to "knock on wood" when I make comments like in my last post. It's been snowing now for about an hour and the bare patches are starting to get that slushy coat. 'NUFF already!!! It's not funny anymore.

It's a little overcast now, was sunny earlier and temps are warmer than yesterday...54 F high. Yesterday the sun shone so brightly, but the air temperature was unseasonably cold again in the high 40's with the wind. My daffs are finally opening....g uess Spring has sprung. (pic taken yesterday)

We actually had some rain yesterday. Not enough to melt a whole lot, but at least it wasn't white. Quarter to 5 in the morning now, a few stars are twinkling and it's still above freezing.

And I think this Winter has been the longest in the nearly 4 decades that I've lived here. (started in the first half of October and isn't done yet) Good old global warming I tells ya.

Wow. So do you then have Summer for the other six months (with tiny Spring and Fall between your two main seasons)??

Wow. So do you then have Summer for the other six months (with tiny Spring and Fall between your two main seasons)?? Good 3 or 4 months Summer, sometimes even around 5 months on a nice year, and the rest shared by Spring and Fall, both of which can vary greatly. (we had a good week in February this year that was nicer than it is now)

Don't faint but we had sun today.
I know! I was in shock too!
My friend is Bulgarian, she said she can't stay here any longer as the weather is killing her, and isn't worth the money. I wondered why, when she had a choice of where to go, she chose here ffs. She answered that they get told the pavements are paved with gold but nobody tells about the constant rain and how it drains the soul, no wonder English people are either miserable or mad. Haha!

Sun, glorious sun. The breeze is cold so you can't be in the shade though.

Got tired of my living room looking like a nursery, so I moved a bunch of stuff out to my greenhouse today. Been killing frosts lately, but it warmed up to above +10 today so...

Well sunny but by god the wind was cold. Tonight it has got even colder had to turn the heating up. I hope the stuff will be ok in your green house grey. Do you line it with bubble wrap. I been told it is great for helping to keep the heat in. You know that plastic stuff with the air pockets use for wrapping stuff to post
