If chrome suddenly stops working and you just see a blank, grey window, there's an easy fix. Go into your main drive, select Program Files (x86) then open the main Google folder then Chrome then Application. Right click on the Chrome name and select Rename from the drop down. Rename that file as Chrom without the 'e' and hit enter. Job done. Chrome should now be working again.

I had chrome on my system, but never used it much. It was slower than IE10, so I just got rid of chrome altogether.

I like chrome for ease of email n that and can personalise it more easily. Personal pref, I guess. Many like Mozilla Firefox.... some microshaft users have Safari.

I had Firefox also, but found it slower too. Got rid of it. They all have their own benefits. I liked firefox for the add blocker, liked chrome for some of the add ons. Never tried Safari though. Or opera either.

I don't even own a cell phone anymore Stu. Got rid of it five years ago. Hated the damn things. It never stopped ringing. Everyone and their dog was trying to get hold of me, all hours of the day and night. So I chucked it in the river. Never had one since! Ya want me, call the home phone and leave a message.

I've tried Chrome and Opera but found them unstable. Internet Explorer -- nah! Use Mozilla Firefox for stability and on account of most sites that I go to have support and capability for both IE and Mozilla. For example, the class management system that I use daily will only support IE and Firefox. They're slowly adding support for Chrome. Same with institutional data -- they will only support IE and Firefox. I like the fact that Firefox is open architecture. That's the same reason I like Androids over Apple.

Android all the way here too, Kreb. Dunno if gettin in tow wi a company like Nestle is a good idea, though... that Swiss mob is quietly seeking world domination! I use chrome out o laziness for linking loads o things such as mail gathering, but use Mozilla for regular stuff.
