I just thought I would share this with you all, in case it helps someone. Someone told me how she has reduced her blood pressure with breathing, and it has worked better than her meds do. This lady is a scientist and dentist by trade so not into 'woo woo' stuff so I share this as a serious aid to health. www.resperate.co.uk/what-is-resperate/

I have high BP and type 2 diabetes...am on two BP meds, and one for diabetes also. I was told about that breathing thing, and it does help in many ways to curb the BP. When I found out about the BP problem, I lost 42 lbs over 6 months, so I am doing well so far!
There's so many things you can do to help yourself in these areas...diet being one of them. I eat better now than I ever have.

Exercise, of course, being the most effective means of combating high blood pressure. Even seemingly trivial things like walking on a treadmill can have profound effects.

on the treadmill, I just put a picture of a woman running away and stripping at the same time. And I'm in hot pursuit! Damn good exercise!
