Got the goggle box on n there's a prog on called "Hones Under The Hammer". It's basically about greedy twunts buying properties at auction, tarting them up n renting them out at way over social housing rates.
There was a Victorian house on that had ornate cornicing still in place... the music they played as the camera panned around was "Plaster Caster" by KISS. Wonder if they knew what that song was about?!?!

Maybe someone thought it would be... amusing. Is the show on prime time?

Here in the states there seems to be a perverse pleasure taken when using music or clips that have been previously banned.

They even tried to ban "Money for Nothing" by Dire Straits here in Canada because it's lyrics went "That little faggot's got his own jet airplane. That little faggot is a millionaire". They tried bleeping it out and/or editing alterations in for a while, but that pursuit soon fizzled as I think Sirius told them to stick their censorship where the sun doesn't shine, and a few stations rolled the dice and played it anyhoo. Such nonsense.

Was that recently? I don't recall any uproar out here when the song was new, but I can imagine the PC crowd coming unglued now.

Plaster caster hahahaha that's funny ... Homes Under the Hammer is sometimes on at 6am here, (it's about the only time I switch the goggle box on tbh), so I actually know what you're talking about for once. The songs they play are past corny, the music sourcer should be shot.
I remember when Relax was banned and all the hoohar about that ...

I asked if it were recently because somehow I missed the bruha, but I have noticed that occasionally I see things being edited out of older shows because they aren't politically correct now.

Maybe not unsuitable.... the music played on the trailer to 'The Social Network' was Radiohead's "Creep"
