Rather than using your inbuilt software removal tool, which is damn close to useless, try this FREE wee beasty. Uninstall Tool DownloadDo NOT click on the big green button, but use the "direct" link beneath it in blue. Unless ye want the CNet downloader wi ads, that is! Uninstall tool is only 3.5Mb of a download. It checks your registry after removal of a program n cleans out all the dross left behind. Need any help using it? Ask away!

Sounds like a great program and I'm still snooping around a bit before trying it out. A detail that might be worth mentioning though is that it's only free for a 30 day trial period. That should still be plenty of time for one to do a swack of laundry on their system though.

Yup, it's pretty similar to that Revo uninstaller by the looks of it. (also available for a free 30 day trial BTW) I tried it before too, but the stuff was just too far over my head for me to be comfortable messing with it, so I just uninstalled it. I think this one's destined for the same fate too.

Here's another uninstaller that's free. Very helpful if you accidentally let a tool bar into yer machine as well as letting you force uninstall stubborn gits. It's by IObit via a CNet link and is 12Mb in size. Here's a thorough REVIEW WITH GUIDE that should help ye along nicely
