I am sorry to hear of your challenges, hou, and happy you have found some relief with cbd oil.
Having written a book before, keeping this one short and sweet. Sharing an 11 minute long video well worth watching if you're interested in this subject as I am. Can see there are several on the list I could benefit from...
Btw, seems there could be server issues going on now with youtube, so if you're getting the monkey, just press reload and it will load.

Why?
The drug is available only in the form of pills and liquids; the plant is illegal.
There are just two manufacturers.
And only patients who have one of 13 severe conditions can qualify.
PATIENTS ARE DROPPING OUT IN DROVES
Data from the Minnesota Department of Health shows that more new patients are dropping out of the program than staying in.
Fifty-four percent (more than 3,400) of the patients who enrolled in the program in 2017 did not re-enroll the next year.

Ive found similar links before; that a good one Willow. I wish the oils were more affordable cause they do work well for me, and other family members with A.S. Tough laws do not stop the misuse, and hurt those that need help CB. That's the downside to the industry.

I basically quit by 30, used to smoke often in my late-teens/20s.
After 17 years a friend took me to a concert for my 47th birthday, during the show a bowl got passed to me a few times, so I took 2 hits as it went by. Regretted it 15 minutes later, actually made me queasy for a little bit. My friend still offers me a hit when he stops over occasionally, but I don't bother with it anymore...
Honestly with the breeding they've been doing over the years for potency I think it's gotten far more potent than the stuff I was smoking in the 80s (and grew in the 80s for a couple years). Not as mellow, imho, as it used to be.
I'm stick to an occasional beer, thanks. And even then I'm a wimp, one now and then is fine, two and I'm ready for a nap.

Forums, welcome back! Can relate. Finally stopped my habit too, but really only in the last year or two. Now just have an occasional puff, one puff literally, in an evening or on a day off. It was like tobacco smoking for me and quitting was the same too. Twice after a short break something shifted in me and I didn’t like the feeling anymore. So now thankfully just one puff is a treat the rare times I think of it, or am with friends who still partake, but less and less as my circle is very small these days. I’m also saving a lot financially which is quite a bonus. With the quality going up, the price has too.
I agree it’s gotten much stronger since my 20’s. Then the years in England hash was available much more, so I’d mix a little with rolling tobacco and smoke that and be mildly stoned most of the time. Blunts people roll now seem so excessive, but each to his or her own.
Think the typical lose motivation side effect when smoking a lot is true. Or at least it was for me, though it helped me calm down too and my life kept me busy even when I was indulging on a regular basis. As always, there are pros and cons to everything and balance is key it seems to me.
