It seems, for what was such a strictly governed military state, Pakistan has an enlightened side. The transgender community there are classed as a "third option" to male or female. This is now official and "transgender" is an option on identity cards there. I guess the press there doesn't have a version of the Daily (hate) Mail.

Was on the Beeb, Willow... that's where I caught it. Transgenders were actually important members of the Mogul courts of ancient times. More HERE

If a Pakistani woman sees her son donning a wig n that, she'll prob be worried.... "Oh, shit, he's a tax collector!"
Transgenders are often employed by the government there to go n harass businesses that don't cough up their taxes!!
