^ yum!
we're having tuna casserole and broccoli - this one's a tradition from my mum, usually served with peas.
she uses wide egg noodles, but any pasta will do (I often use small elbow macaroni)....
cook the pasta, add to two cans of tuna fish, one can of cream of mushroom soup, one can of milk....stir and cook 325F for 30-45 minutes... easy peasy.
i like it with grated cheddar cheese on top (after cooking), though my mum never put cheese on.

I make spanakopita all the time. Its a Greek spinach pie, with feta cheese and filo dough.

I take all day, use fresh spinach, feta cheese and filo dough imported from Greece, herbs grown and jarred by relatives over the summer, and my special American secret twists. Last time I made six pans, gave two away, ate one, and froze three. Apparently there is only one left in the freezer though, as two have gone POOF!
Being Greek I had better know how to cook; its in my genetic upbringing.

It sounds like SOOOO much work, not to mention that having a knack sounds like it'd almost be required too. I take my hat off to ya lass.
